DELIVERIES

DOM-TOM (Martinique / Guadeloupe / French Guiana / Reunion Island): deliveries in the DOM-TOM are made by Colissimo. Delivery time is typically two or three days from the day of dispatch. The price is € 20.00. Shipping is free for orders over € 250.00*.

European Union and Switzerland: deliveries in the EU and Switzerland are made by Colissimo International. Delivery time is typically three to eight days from the day of dispatch. The price is € 18.00. Shipping is free for orders over € 250.00*.

Eastern Europe (except European Union and Russia), Norway, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia: deliveries in these countries are made by Colissimo International. Delivery time is typically three to eight days from the day of dispatch. The price is € 22.00. Shipping is free for orders over € 300.00*.

Rest of the world: these deliveries are made by Colissimo International. Delivery time is typically five to eight days from the day of dispatch. This time is only indicative because it does not take into account any delays due to an inspection of the parcel by the customs services. The price is € 38.00. Shipping is free for orders over € 350.00*.

Any order placed before 12 noon can be dispatched the same day. Otherwise the expedition will take place the following day.

In case of absence or impossibility of taking delivery of the parcel for any reason whatsoever, a delivery notice will be left in the recipient's mailbox indicating from which day and time the parcel can be collected at the post office or the corresponding agency, for fifteen days following receipt of the delivery notice in the recipient's mailbox. Please note that parcels cannot be collected without proof of identity.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The Customer benefits from a withdrawal period of 14 days following the delivery of his/her purchase to return his/her order and obtain a full refund. In this case, the Customer must imperatively contact us by email specifying his invoice number and / or order number and wait to receive our response by email (24 hours) before returning the package using the prepaid return form included in the package in which the item was sent. In case of return of the parcel without our agreement, we will not be able to proceed with the refund and the return of the parcel will be at the expense of the Customer. The Customer's refund can only be made after receipt of the package and after our logistics department has verified that it is in its original condition, as described below.

Only one (1) return per paid order will be accepted.

Please note that the product must be in its original condition (never worn, never altered, never washed), in its complete original packaging including labels and each of the various packaging accessories. We reserve the right to refuse the refund depending on the condition of the item returned by the Customer. In this case, the cost of returning the product to the Customer will be at his/her expense.
